Six weeks - or forty days and forty nights - held over the Venus retrograde, with a closing week of integration. It will help build a healthy new belief system and framework of compassionate self-discipline to enable you to reach your full potential. A short course, built for lasting change. The Self-Love Accelerator is a guided framework for inner child and shadow work, structured around six woundings most of us carry in some form: abandonment, rejection, inadequacy, betrayal, injustice and invisibility. Each week brings exercises and practices designed to help you accept, heal and love the parts of yourself these woundings have shaped. Supported by channelled insight, the course names the adapted responses and belief systems that grow out of these wounds - people-pleasing, perfectionism, hyper-vigilance - and offers a real strategy for moving beyond them.
